How to Reheat Quiche in an Air Fryer
Wondering how to reheat quiche in an air fryer without drying it out? The air fryer does a great job bringing back that just-baked texture—crispy crust, warm fluffy center, and all. Here's how to do it right:
Reheating Refrigerated Quiche
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Place quiche slice in the basket (no overlapping).
- Heat for 3–5 minutes, or until warmed through.
- Optional: Cover loosely with foil for the first 2–3 minutes if you're worried about over-browning.
Reheating Frozen Quiche
- Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- Place frozen quiche in the basket (unwrap fully).
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway if it’s a crustless version or tortilla-based.
- Check the center with a toothpick or knife to make sure it’s hot all the way through.
💡Hint: Always check for doneness in the center—it should be steaming hot with melted cheese and no cool spots.

Totally! Use a large flour tortilla pressed into the pan as a crust. It crisps up nicely and makes a lighter version.

Notes
When pouring your egg mixture, leave about ¼ inch of space from the top of the pan to allow the quiche to rise slightly. Overfilling can cause spillage in the air fryer, which can be hard to clean up. Check for Doneness with a Toothpick
Just like with a cake, insert a toothpick in the center of the quiche. If it comes out clean or with minimal crumbs, the quiche is done. If the center is still wet, air fry for another 3-5 minutes. Let the Quiche Cool Before Slicing
Allow your quiche to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing to let it set. This helps the texture firm up, making it easier to cut neat slices without falling apart.
