Whisk Eggs In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the seasoning.
Pour The Egg Mixture: Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Air Fry Sausage Quiche: Once the quiche filling is in position, place the pan into the air fryer basket and cook at 325°f for 15 minutes until the center is firm
Let Cool: Remove the basket from the air fryer and let the quiche cook to allow it to solidify ready to serve.
Notes
Don’t Overfill the Pan When pouring your egg mixture, leave about ¼ inch of space from the top of the pan to allow the quiche to rise slightly. Overfilling can cause spillage in the air fryer, which can be hard to clean up.Check for Doneness with a Toothpick Just like with a cake, insert a toothpick in the center of the quiche. If it comes out clean or with minimal crumbs, the quiche is done. If the center is still wet, air fry for another 3-5 minutes.Let the Quiche Cool Before Slicing Allow your quiche to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing to let it set. This helps the texture firm up, making it easier to cut neat slices without falling apart.
