Ingredients
- 4 Lobster Tails Frozen
- 1 Cup Shrimp cut into small pieces
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 4 Hot Dog Buns
- 2 Tablespoons Butter Softened
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning optional

- Place 1 cup of water into the Instant Pot. Sprinkle in your old Bay seasoning with the water.
- Cut a slice down the back of your lobster tails using kitchen shears or a sharp knife. This will make opening the tail easier once cooked.
- Place the trivet inside the Instant Pot, and then add your lobster tails upside down on the trivet. If you don't have a trivet you may use a steamer basket.
