Raw vegan bread is gaining traction as more people look for unprocessed, plant-based alternatives to traditional loaves. It’s naturally gluten-free, flourless, and made using whole foods like flaxseeds, bananas, and mango. Whether you’re following a raw vegan diet, doing a detox, or just looking to switch up your sandwich game, this bread is a nourishing and versatile base for tons of meals.
This recipe was inspired by my love of hearty seed breads and raw crackers—it’s kind of a cross between the two! I love pairing it with homemade hummus, beetroot dip, or even sliced avocado with chili flakes. You can even use it as a raw vegan sandwich bread for stacked veggie sandwiches or serve it alongside a chilled soup or peach caprese salad.
