Choosing a camera for food photography is like choosing a pair of shoes. It’s a really personal decision. For example, I really love Birkenstocks, but you might not. So why would I tell you to run out & buy a pair of Birkenstocks just because I think they’re magical even if you hate them? I wouldn’t.

A lot of people ask me what camera they should buy & honestly, I simply can’t say. There are so many camera’s available today for all people & for all budgets. So while I can’t tell you the make & model of camera to buy, I will tell you how to choose a camera that fits you best. Just like a comfy pair of Birkenstocks.
