- You can also try using whole wheat flour or all purpose flour if you don't have the bread flour that the recipe calls for.
- If you don't have bread machine yeast, you can use active dry yeast or instant yeast to help the bread mixture rise.
- You can switch the oil for butter if you prefer. We use oil in this recipe.

Once you have all the ingredients ready, here's what you'll need to do to make the homemade white bread.
Step One: Add all ingredients to the bread machine in the following order mentioned in the ingredients list.
Step Two: Place the loaf pan inside the bread machine and follow the instructions of your bread machine for a 2 lbs. Basic bread cycle and your desired crust color. (I selected light).
Step Three: Once completed allow the bread to cool off for at least 15 minutes.
Step Four: Slice and serve with a pat of butter or your favorite Jam recipe.

- I used vegetable oil to add moisture to the bread dough, but you can also choose to use olive oil, coconut oil, unsalted butter or even some canola oil if you want to.
