Place the flour, chia seeds, herbs, salt, garlic powder, and parmesan.
Add the olive oil and water, then mix until a dough ball forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Roll the dough out very thin with a rolling pin.
Cut into squares with a pastry roller, pizza cutter, or knife.
Prick each square with a fork to stop them puffing up.
Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
Cool for 10 minutes before breaking apart and serving.
