Add yogurt and butter, and stir until the dough forms.
Press most of the dough into a baking pan, saving some for the topping. Chop the peaches, mix them with cinnamon and egg, and spread over the dough.
Crumble the remaining dough on top of the peaches for a streusel topping.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-45 minutes, until the crust is golden. Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
