With fresh mango flavor and a delicious creamy texture, this frozen Mango Sorbet treat comes together with just 3 simple ingredients. It's also dairy free.
In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen mango pieces, maple syrup and the juice of 2 limes and process for about 5 minutes, or until fully smooth.
Spread the smooth mango paste in a deep baking sheet and freeze for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!

If you don’t have lemon juice, lime juice can work just as well.For some extra tanginess and citrusy flavor, you can also add some lime zest in addition to the lime juice.If you’re planning to use an additional sweetener for this sorbet, you can use some sugar or simple syrup too.To help the sorbet hold its shape better even when you serve it, you can add some corn syrup into the mixture.You can also add just a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor of the sorbet.If you don’t have frozen mango, you can start off this recipe with fresh mangoes too.
