Instructions
Place pasta in the instant pot and submerge in water. Add enough water to cover the pasta. Seal lid and pressure valve and cook on high for 6 minutes.
Quick-release pressure and drain pasta. Run cold water over pasta for a few minutes. Let pasta cool.
Add chopped vegetables and dressing to the pasta and gently fold to mix.
