Create a stunning Thanksgiving Turkey Charcuterie Board that’s as festive as it is delicious, featuring a colorful array of meats, cheeses, and fruits arranged in a charming turkey shape
Start by placing pepperoni slices in a fan shape at the top edge of your board. Add dollops of cream onto the pepperoni slices, followed by the pringle chips. Next place grapes as shown in the image.
Lay out rice crackers around the pepperoni and grape layer. This adds a crunchy texture and helps transition to the next layer.
Fold salami slices into quarters and arrange them below the rice crackers to form the body of the turkey. Place Kalamata olives over the salami layer. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them between the olives to add more color and texture.
Position the cranberry cheese block in the center of the board as the turkey's head. Cut a slice of cheddar cheese and place it on top of the cranberry cheese block, slightly offset to create the turkey's face. Use red cheddar cheese to form the turkey's eyebrows and beak. For eyes, place small balls of cream cheese on the cheddar slice and top with artificial eyes.
Arrange almonds at the base of the cranberry cheese block as feet.
Your Thanksgiving platter is now ready to serve.
