These Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes are crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection! With minimal effort, the air fryer transforms simple potatoes into a delicious side dish that pairs well with any meal.
Wash potatoes thoroughly. Slice the baby potatoes in half or into bite sized pieces. Place them in a large bowl.
Drizzle the potatoes with the oil and cover with the salt and pepper. Toss the potatoes around in the bowl to get a nice coating.
Toss the potatoes in the Air Fryer basket evenly. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Toss well and cook for another 10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Let cooked potatoes cool for a few minutes. Serve air fried potatoes and Enjoy!
