Add the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth/water.
Cook for 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high.
After the cooking time has passed, shred the chicken using two forks or a hand mixer.
Mix everything together and put it on top of mashed potatoes!
Add any other toppings you'd like and enjoy!
Notes
Use chicken breasts or thighs for this recipe. I prefer to use chicken breasts, as they are leaner and will result in a healthier dish. However, chicken thighs will work just as well.Be sure to use low-sodium chicken broth. This will help to keep the sodium content of the dish down.If you want a thicker gravy, you can add some cornstarch to the juices before adding them to the crock pot.
