In a hot frying pan, fry the salmon pieces for 4 minutes on each side. If necessary, grease the pan with oil. Then transfer the salmon to a plate.
Place the onion in the pan and fry over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring. Add garlic and fry for another minute, stirring.
Pour broth into the pan and add chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
Add cream and bring to a boil.
Add baby spinach, salt, pepper, and Parmesan, stir, and let it boil. Then wait another 2 minutes.
