Set your instant pot to sauté and add the wine, water, garlic, and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the cheese and stir until melted.
Once melted add the nutmeg and mustard.
Dip your favorite veggies, apples, and bread in the instant pot.

Shredded Cheese: To speed up the process use pre shredded cheese. This will help cut down on preparation time and get your cheese fondue ready to enjoy even faster.
