Start by roasting the beetroots. Place them in foil and drizzle olive oil over the beets. Once cooked, chop the beets into chunks.
Place the beetroot pieces into the blender followed by the plain greek yogurt.
Add the cumin, parsley, cinnamon, salt, pepper and paprika to the blender. Next add your garlic cloves and lemon juice.
Place the lid on the blender and blend for 30 second to 1 minute or until your beet mixture is smooth.
Once you have the right consistency, pour your beetroot dip into a place or dip dish.
Garnish the homemade beet dip with feta, pine nuts and almond slices for a crunchy and tangy finish!
