Cut the watermelon into quarters. Then remove the peel all around. Discard the peel and make watermelon cubes.
Add the watermelon cubes into the blender or a food processor. Add the water to the blender.
Blend until smooth. Using a strainer, strain the juice and pour it into a pitcher. Keep refrigerated.
Notes
Since this juice is naturally sweet, there's no need for any added sugar. If you're starting off with a whole watermelon, you might want to remove both the black and white seeds before you blend it into a juice. If you want to lend this watermelon juice some extra flavor, you can add a dash of lemon juice or lime juice into the mix. This will also add a nice bit of vitamin C into this refreshing drink.Use a fine mesh strainer or a nut milk bag to get rid of all the excess solids from the juice. If you love watermelon and don't mind the chunks, you can skip this step too.You can also add some cubed watermelon into your glass of watermelon juice, and top it with some fresh mint and a little lime juice to make it a refreshing summer drink you'll never forget.
