Valentines Heart Shaped Pizza
This heart shaped pizza starts with a red-sauce base and is topped with mozzarella cheese and other tasty ingredients perfect for your special someone.
Ingredients
- 3 ¼ Cups All Purpose Flour
- 3 ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
- 1 ½ Cups Warm Water
- 3 Tablespoons Oil
- 6 Cherry Tomatoes
- ½ Cup Tomato Paste
- 1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheese We Used mozzarella
- 1 Tablespoon Basil
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine the water, olive oil, salt, sugar and yeast. Mix the ingredients and add the flour using a sift.

- Shape your Pizza dough into a ball. Grease a bowl and place the dough into the bowl. Cover with cling film and make 3-4 holes with toothpicks. Leave the dough in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and set aside.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and roll out the dough into a circle. Then cut out to form a heart shape.
- Spread sauce or tomato paste across your heart-shaped pizza dough.
- Add grated cheese to your Valentine’s Pizza and place the tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Bake your heart-shaped pizza in the oven at a temperature of 350°F. The pizza should bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Transfer your delicious heart shaped pizza to a plate, garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
Notes
To freeze your pizzas: Tightly wrap it in plastic, then store it in a freezer-safe bag or container with minimal air to prevent freezer burn.
