Cool off with these refreshing Strawberry Lemon Popsicles! Bursting with the sweet flavor of ripe strawberries and the zesty kick of fresh lemon, these popsicles are the perfect treat for a hot day.
Remove the crowns from the strawberries and wash them.
In a blender, add fresh lemon juice, strawberries, water and agave nectar. Blend until it is all smooth.
Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion during freezing. Then, insert wooden popsicle sticks into the center of each mold, ensuring they are positioned securely.
Place the filled molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds by running warm water over the outside of the popsicle mold for a few seconds.
Gently pull the popsicles out and place them on a serving tray or plate. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of your homemade Strawberry Lemon Popsicles!
