Instructions
Rinse the carrots thoroughly under cold water. Peel and chop them into uniform pieces to ensure even cooking.
Place the chopped carrots in a steaming basket over boiling water. Cover and steam for about 10-15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and can be easily pierced with a fork.
Transfer the steamed carrots to a blender or food processor. Add a small amount of the water used for steaming to help achieve a smooth consistency. Blend until completely smooth.
