In the bowl, mix flour, warm milk, sugar, and salt. Add dry yeast. Also add one egg white and butter. Make a soft dough.
Cover it and leave the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into small portions.
Roll each piece of dough into a long rope about ½ inch thick and over 13 inches long. Create a heart shape. Place the heart-shaped bread sticks on a rimmed baking sheet.
Cover with a kitchen towel and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
Mix the chicken yolk with a spoonful of water and brush the hearts. Sprinkle with garlic bread seasoning (garlic powder, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese).
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush the finished parmesan breadsticks with melted butter and serve warm.
