Peel the oranges. Cut the celery stalk into thin 1 inch pieces. Place in the center of the oranges to make pumpkin stems.
Melt the chocolate according to the package. To make the bat oreos, twist apart the cookie and cut the top in half to make wings. Press those halves into the white filling.
Place a small amount of melted chocolate in the center of the cookie. Twist apart another cookie and place the top of the cookie on the melted chocolate/wings.
Put a small dab of melted chocolate onto the back of candy eyes and put on the top of the oreo.
To make the spiders, cut a few pretzel rods into .25 inch pieces. Turn the rolo upside down and put a small amount of melted chocolate on the base.
Put 4 pretzel legs on the chocolate. Repeat for all rolos. Allow to cool.
Once cooled, turn the rolos back over and put a small amount of chocolate on the back of the candy eyes and put in place.
Fill the board by first placing the cheese cubes into curved lines on the board. Fill in with the rest of the bats, spiders, pumpkins, etc. Your Halloween Charcuterie is now ready to display!
