Cut the stems off of the strawberries, then slice them in half. Slice the lemons, then slice them in half.
Add the sliced strawberries, lemon slices and mint leaves to a large pitcher. Pour in the bottle of rosé and vodka. Stir gently, and chill for 4 hours.
