Snack time just got a whole lot better with these Berry Granola Bites! Packed with juicy berries, crunchy granola, and a hint of honey, these bite-sized treats are both delicious and nutritious.
In a large mixing bowl, mash the banana. Add the oats, and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
Add the mixture to a muffin pan and divide over 6 cups. Push the mixture to the edges and bottom, so that you are creating a cup.
Freeze the muffin tray for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and bake the cups for 30 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool off for 10 minutes.
Add the yogurt and berries to each cup and serve immediately.

If you don't have old fashioned oats, you could also choose to use quick oats for this recipe.Another great idea is to add some Rice Krispies or just any crispy rice cereal into the mix.If the oat mixture isn't malleable enough, you can soften it by adding some melted coconut oil into it.Another great idea is to use any nut butter or seed butter of your choice into the mixture for these homemade granola bites. Peanut butter, sunflower seed butter and almond butter are some good choices.Using a nut butter can be a great idea if you don't have bananas at hand, but still want to put these granola cups together.
