Indulge in decadence with this Easy Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake! Rich chocolate, gooey caramel, and crunchy pecans come together in a creamy cheesecake that’s simply irresistible.
Mix the Oreo biscuit crumbs with melted butter and half the sugar. Mix the Oreo biscuit crumbs with melted butter and half the sugar. Pour the biscuit mixture into serving jars and press down to create your cheesecake Oreo crust.
Pour the biscuit mixture into the serving jars and press down to create your cheesecake Oreo crust. (If you're not using a jar you can use a 9-inch springform pan instead). We used Oreo cookies for our biscuit crust but you can use a graham cracker crust if you prefer.
Melt the caramel pieces into the condensed milk and whisk into a buttery caramel sauce. Leave the bowl at room temperature while you move onto the cream cheese mixture.
Combine cream cheese mixture with eggs, flour, vanilla, and the remaining sugar to make the cheesecake batter. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla along with the other ingredients until you have a decadent cheesecake mixture.
Pour the cheesecake mixture into a mold and bake at 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
Put a layer of caramel sauce on the crumbs, then a layer of cooked cheesecake mixture.
Melt the chocolate chips and pour them as a chocolate sauce over the cheesecake mixture.
Add walnuts, Oreos, and toasted pecans as optional extras, and top with the remaining caramel sauce. The melted chocolate and caramel will create a delicious top of the chocolate turtle cheesecake.
