Line a 13x9 baking sheet with wax paper and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat, stir in marshmallows until smooth, then mix in cereal until coated. Press mixture evenly into the pan using a greased spatula or wax paper, and let cool completely.
Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out treats. If a shape feels loose, press extra Krispie mixture into the cutter before releasing it onto wax paper.
Gather and reshape the leftover cereal in the pan to cut additional treats until all the mixture is used.
Press white nonpareils into fudge-dipped Oreo to create eyes.
Using the round tip on the black icing, outline the ladybug and create a line up the center. Fill the remaining space with red icing. You can use a toothpick to smooth and spread the icing.
Attach the chocolate Oreo head to the ladybug body.
Add milk chocolate morsels as spots for your ladybug snack and allow the Krispy treats to dry.
Insert toothpicks into the bottom of the treats for easy handling or display, if desired.
