Prepare all the ingredients. Add in the bowl flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix.
In the other bowl add the melted butter, sugar, and egg. Mix. Add sour cream, milk, vanilla and whisk again.
Add the dry ingredients and mix. This is the batter and can be poured into your cooking Jar.
Combine all the ingredients for the crumble topping and rub until you have crumbs.
Fill the jars with the cake batter and sprinkle the crumble on top.
Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 35 minutes.
You can sprinkle icing sugar on top before serving if you wish.
