This Copycat Starbucks Lavender Oat-milk Latte is a cozy, floral treat that’s perfect for any time of day! Whether you enjoy it hot or iced, it’s creamy, soothing, and oh-so-easy to make at home.
2oz.Starbucks Blonde Espresso Or Any Desired Espresso Blend
8-12oz.Oat Milk
Instructions
Add the water, sugar, and lavender buds to a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the lavender buds. Set the lavender syrup aside.
For the hot version, add a shot of hot espresso to a 12 oz. mug.
If serving hot, steam the oat milk using a steamer, frother, or microwave and handheld frother until it’s hot and frothy. Pour the steamed oat milk over the espresso, including the foam. Garnish with lavender buds if desired. Serve and enjoy!
If serving cold, pour the cold espresso into a 16-20 oz. glass.
Add ice to the glass, filling it to your preference.
