Combine frozen mango, mango nectar, ice, lime juice, sugar in a blender or a food processor until all smooth. This is essentially a mango smoothie.
Then dip the rims of your glasses in the Chamoy sauce and then in the tajin seasoning to create a nice rim on your glass.
Then drip some of the Chamoy sauce on the sides of the inside of the glass.
Pour the frozen mango mixture in the glass and serve with a tamarind straw. You can also use fresh mango chunks and some chili powder to garnish the glass.
Serve immediately
Notes
If you don't have the mango nectar that the Mango Chamoyada recipe calls for, you can use mango jam or apricot jam instead.Remember to add some ice cubes in addition to the frozen mango chunks. This will help turn it into a thick smoothie. If you don't have the Tajin, which is a chili lime seasoning, you can actually make it yourself. Simply combine chili powder with a bit of salt and turn it into a versatile chili lime salt that you can use with tons of other Mexican recipes. If you don't have homemade Chamoy sauce, you can use some hot sauce to line the edge of the glass. Just remember to use a thick sauce to help the chile lime salt stick to it well.Don't forget to garnish the mango juice with some more chili lime seasoning and some fresh mango pieces added in towards the end.
