Notes
Prep for Success: Before grilling, toss your veggies in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and herbs to ensure they're flavorful and moist.Avoid Small Cuts: Cut your vegetables into larger chunks to prevent them from slipping through the grill grates.Watch the Grill: Keep an eye on your veggies as they grill. Some might cook faster than others, so adjust their placement on the grill as needed for even cooking.
