Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it’s fully coated.
Roll the coated florets in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to stick the crumbs.
Arrange the breaded cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking.
